Hello… I am Dhara. My friends call me DJ. Welcome to my little piece of the web & small world! I am a working mum of a super active son Prish and a cute little baby girl Tashi. They keep me on my toes most of the time and when I get a break I go to work and/or spend time here and on Instagram or Facebook haha..! Basically, I am from India 🇮🇳 . After completing my studies I’ve settled down in the most liveable city – Melbourne, Australia 🇦🇺

I’ve become a mother of a boy – Prish in 2017. I had a rough time during Pregnancy and after giving birth to Prish too. I had to go for an emergency c-section due to high blood pressure and resulted in Prish being born prematurely. After that, I’ve struggled too due to a few issues and heavyweight gain.

Finally, one day I’ve decided to come out of all the problems on my own and nurture Prish very well. I gave priority to Prish’s health & my Fitness. I learned to do exercise/work out at home without following any fancy/artificial diet and by following healthy eating habits. At the same time, I focused on my mental wellness too. Gradually, I became stronger, healthier, & happier.

Later, I became a mother of a second kid – a girl Tashi in 2022. This time I already had the awareness of how to stay fit, take care of my body and of course have the experience of pregnancy’s dos and don’ts. I gave birth to Tashi via natural delivery and didn’t gain heavy weight! 

Now, I’ve planned to share all my knowledge and things about pregnancy, fitness/wellness, lifestyle, cooking, beauty, work-life balance, and everything on Motherhood without a doubt!  My blog shall provide you information gleaned through my life journey, know-how, and encouragements to stay happy, healthy, stylish, and live life to the fullest as a mom together with giving a sneak peek of my current lifestyle.
