Late post, I meant to share this by end of month i

Late post, I meant to share this by end of month in last week. But couldn’t due to rough schedules.

Anyway, my weight loss monthly goal achieved! I'm so happy to share that I've lost 3 kilograms in May!

Initially, I’ve decided to lose 10kg to 12 kg of weight, tone up and increase strength of my body within 3 months (May, June & July) which comes to 3kg to 4kg a month.

Great news is I’ve started losing weight. All I did in May was careful healthy eating (Mainly calorie deficit or High protein), exercise and if can’t exercise keep my body moving.

Next up for this month in June is more focused and regular exercise to tone up and strengthen muscles.

If you are in same path and ready to start your weight loss journey; don’t look back. Because, It's never too late to kickstart a better lifestyle!
